A modern multifunctional elite business center with a private helicopter pad on the roof has become an iconic object of the Krylatskoye district: a 27-storey building on the edge of a hill can be seen several kilometers away. The height of 141 m and the complex profile on the slope became a challenge for the construction of the foundation, but did not prevent the successful completion of the project as a general contractor.
